Almost every single article about losing weight and getting healthy explains readers to avoid drive through windows like the plague as well as to do all of their own cooking. This is really excellent guidance. Sometimes, though, the last thing you want is to have to prepare a meal from scratch. Sometimes all you want is to go to the drive through and get home as soon as possible. There is zero reason you shouldn’t be able to do this once in a while and be free of the guilt usually associated with “diet slips”. This is because most famous fast food restaurants around are trying to “healthy up” their choices. Here is how one can find healthy food choices at the drive through.
Your drink should be water or juice or milk. Drinking a large soda causes hundreds of empty unhealthy calories into your diet. One helping of soda is eight oz.. That portion typically is made up of at least a hundred calories and more than a few tablespoons of sugar. Most fast food carbonated drinks are a minimum of twenty ounces huge. Thirty ounces, however, is a lot more common. This means that your drink on it’s own will put dozens of ounces of sugar into your body as well as several thousand empty calories. It is much healthier to decide on milk, juice and also normal water.
Basic reason states that the simplest way to lose weight and get healthy is to ban fast food from your diet completely. Most of the time this is a good plan but if you make beneficial choices, there’s no reason you can’t visit your drive through once in a while. Sometimes the best thing is to let another person create your dinner. When you want healthy menu items, you do not have to feel guilty about visiting the drive through.

Instructions to make One Pan Sausage & Potatoes (Quick & Easy):

- Dice peppers & onions! Set aside
- Add peppers, onions, potatoes & sausage to a roaster pan or baking dish! U will need one with a lid or u can use aluminum foil… (this helps to steam the food, helps with the flavor & cooks it quicker)

- Lastly if u r using margerine drop by spoonfuls all over the top of the food, if using butter/water add water into the pan then drop butter by spoonfuls over the top of the food! Cover with lid or foil & bake! Check after 15 minutes to see if potatoes are cooked through & stir! Put back in oven & bake until done!
- Serve as is by itself or with fruit veggies or salad on the side & maybe a roll, biscuit or garlic bread! Up to u!! I hope u all enjoy this!! :-)
