- Set oven at 425, preheat
- Season the wings, still frozen. Put on slotted baking try, ( im trying not to make fried foods). And bake for 20 minutes, turn and bake another 25 minutes.
- Make sure chicken is cooked, add 5-10 minutes, depending on your oven
- For the sauce: 4 tbs butter, 1/3 cup hot sauce, of your choice.( I used Louisiana hot sauce. And 1 teaspoon roasted garlic. Heat all together in microwave, about 30 seconds.
- When wings are cooked fully, mix with sauce and enjoy. (I have at times dipped the wings and put them back in tbe over for 5-10 minutes to get an extra crunch)
