- Prepare 1 bulb onion
- Take 6 fresh pepper

- In a large pan, heat up the remaining oil for about 1 minute till hot. chopped onion and pepper; add to the oil, stir fry for about 3 minutes. Gently add the stock cubes and salt to taste, stir to combine
- Finally, Add the chopped pumpkin leaves and stir to combine everything. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes then turn off the burner.
- Your stew and vegetable sauce is ready. Serve with Boiled rice, hard boiled egg and fried plantain
