Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When crackles add curry leaves. Add boiled and roughly chopped potatoes and boiled peas. Add salt, turmeric powder and prepared paste. Mix well. Cook for a couple of minutes. Stuffing is ready.
- For chutney, grind desiccated coconut, coriander leaves, green chillies and curd together with little water. Transfer to a bowl. Add salt, sugar, black pepper powder and chopped curry leaves. Mix well. Prepare tadka of oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and urad dal. Pour into. Mix well. Chutney is ready.
