  1. Take dal rinse it properly add into the cooker along with all vegetables with turmeric powder, salt, green chilli, ginger, tomato and onion. Add water and mix well. Now close the lid and cook it till 4 whistles on medium flame.
  2. Now open the cooker add red chilli, sambhar masala, tamarind water and mix it properly.
