- Prepare 1 Vazhaipoo(banana flower/blossom)

- Measure whole wheat flour and add Sprouted Soya Flour.Add the salt, sugar, carom seeds and the ground spinach puree to the wheat flour.To Get green Colour spinach puree follow these techniques.
