- Ub ik pateela MN oil Daal kar marinate ki Hoi fish ko 10 minutes fry krn dono side sa
- Ub fish ko nikal kar ik trf rakh dain or isi oil MN daana meethi dalain or 1 minute bd for an he piyaz ka paste daldain
- Ub isy 3 minute fry krn Ub is MN adrak lehson paste add krn osy 3 minute
- Ub is main haldi, Dhaniya powder, Pisi laal mirch or namak add Kar ke achi trhn 4 minute bhonain
- Ub is MN tomatoes ka paste add Kar ke 3 minute bhonain
- Ub is MN dahi add Kar ke achi trhn bhonain itna ke oil separate hojy Yani 15 sa 20 minute medium flame par
- Ub is MN ehtiyat sa fry fish dalain or slowly bhonain 3 minute Ub Kitna gravy krni hai otna Pani add Kar ke phly high flame krn jub boil ajy to low flame par 15 minutes kiye chordain
- Ub agar salan ka pani dry hojy means oil upar ajy or salan near to cook ho to is MN green chillies chopped or Pisa garam masala bh add krdain or 2 minute baad chopped hara Dhaniya bh add krdain or 2 minute baad flame off krdain
