  2. Prepare 1/2 cup Curd

  4. Provide 2 tbsp Green chilli paste

  6. Use 2 tsp Turmeric
  7. Get 2 tbsp Red chilli powder

Steps to make Chicken Angara:
  1. In a bowl take all the ingredients except Butter, Ghee and Charcoal.Mix it well and keep it aside for 6 -7 hours.
  2. In a pan take butter and add chicken to it. Cook till chicken becomes soft.
  3. On gas stove put charcoal. when it burnts put it in a bowl.
  4. Put this bowl on cooked chicken. Pour ghee on burnt charcoal and immediately cover the chicken with lead.
  5. Don't open lead of pan for 15 mins.
  6. Serve with green chutney.
