- Us hi pan ma aloo fry kar kay nikal lay. (Tip) agar alo ka colour chayiya hia tu us par 1 pinch food colour laga daay.
- Ushi pan ma adrak or lahsan ka paste daal kar fry kar lay or chicken daal kar bhon lay jab chicken ka colour change hu jaya biryani masala daal daay. (Tip) agar biryani ka colour acha chayiya ha tu chicken par bhi 1 pinch food colour laga daay.
- Phir alo, adhi brown ki hui payaz, tomatoes, hari mirchay or namak daal kar achi tarah se mix kar lay.
- Chicken ko dahk kar 10 minutes kay liye daam daay daay taky chicken gal jaya.
- Ab dosri side par ak pan ma pani, sabut garam masala or namak hasbay zaroorat dal kar biol hu nay rakh daay. Jab pani biol hu jaya tu Chawal dal kar full done kar.
- Jab chawal full done hu jaya tu drain out kar lay.
- Ab banay huway chicken masalay ma chawalo ki tah laga kar upar se brown ki hui payaz, hari mirchay or food colour daal kar 5 minutes kay liye daam par rakh daay. (tip) daam daay tay huway knife se hole kar daay 4 side's par is saa steam jaldi aay gi.
- Daam khol kar biryani ko mix kar lay.
- Hari mirch se garnish kar kay serve karay.
