- Provide 1 bowl semolina
- Provide 1 cup curd
- Provide 1 capsicum finely chopped
- Take 1 onion finely chopped

- Keep aside for 15 minutes.

- Heat appe pan put 2 drop oil in each mould and put 1 tablespoon better in every mould. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes each side on low medium heat.
- Now with a spoon flip it upside down and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
