Instructions to make RICE & Vegetable Chilla:
- Wash and Soak rice for 2 hours. Transfer it in a mixer. Add chopped green chilli, ginger, cumin seeds and garlic and grind it to a smooth paste.
- Transfer it in a bowl. Add chopped coriander leaves, onion and tomato. Mix salt.
- Mix it very well. Adjust the consistency of mixture by adding water. Add 1 /4 tsp sodium bi carb and mix.
- Heat a non stick griddle. Add butter. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and sesame seeds and green chilli. Sauté for a minute. Now put a ladle full of batter and spread it.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip the side and cook from the other side also for 2 minutes. Flip again and roast for 1 minute.
- Serve hot with chutney and fried green chilli.
