- Get 1 cup suji(roasted 3, 4 min.on slow flame)

- You need As needed Ghee/oil
- You need 1 tbsp Raai

- Heat oil /ghee in kadhai. Add raai, curry leaves, splitted green chilli urad dal and roasted few sec. M8dium flame.

- Add capsicum, tomato saute till 1or 2 minutes. Add haldi, salt mix cook 2, 3 min. Add water and boiled then add roasted suzi.
- And stirring, no lumps,. Boiling and thick consistency, no more thick.
- Suzi upma is ready, and mix coriander leaves, and 2 tbsp ghee. Feel nice fragrant of ghee and lovely texture of upma, so don't forgot, add ghee.
