  3. Take 1 chopped onion
  4. Prepare 1 spoon chopped garlic

  1. Heat 1 cup of water and add spinach leaves to boiling water and let it remain for 2 minutes. Remove them from hot water and add to the cold water. Then blend the spinach and make it fine paste.
  2. Heat butter or oil in wok. Add garlic and ginger and toss for 2 minutes then add onion and corns and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add 2.5 cups of water and rest all the ingredients. then cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes. Then add corn starch with ¼ cup of water and cook till the mixture thickens.
  4. Turn off the gas and add lemon juice and coriander leaves. The hot soup is ready to serve in winters.
