- Provide 1 litre chicken stock
- Get 7-8 kaffir lime leaves
- Take 2 " galangal (Thai ginger), sliced
- Take 2 stalks lemongrass, each sliced into four
- Use 2 green chilies, chopped
- Get 1 tsp. tomato paste
- Provide 1/2 tsp. red chilli powder

- Provide 1/2 cup mushroom, thinly sliced
- Provide 1/2 cup prawns, cleaned and deveined
