- Provide 1 finely chopped onion,
- Provide half of each All peppers Red, Green and yellow, finely chopped
- Prepare Mixed ginger, garlic & dhania
- Provide 2 large carrots chopped not too fine
- Prepare 2 tomatoes chopped
- Provide 2 bunches spinach & chopped and drained of water
- Provide 1 packet Knorr cream of mushroom soup

- Provide 1 cube chicken stock

- Fry onion and peppers with olive oil, then add mixed ginger, garlic & dhania. Leave to fry all together for few minutes
