The ingredients needed to make Homemade Tomato Soup With Basil:
- Provide 12 medium Roma Tomatoes
- Take 1 small cooking onion
- Use 1/2 Bulb of garlic
- Get 1 cup Vegetable broth
- Get 1 cup 18% table cream
- Provide 1/4 cup White sugar
- Take 1 bunch Fresh Basil Leaves
- Provide Olive oil
- You need Salt and pepper to taste

- Boil tomatoes whole in large pot for 10 - 15 minutes, or until peels start to come off. Allow to cool and peel and core tomatoes.
