- Use 3 Medium sized tomatoes roughly chopped

- Heat a pan on medium flame - add 1/2 tbsp butter and let it melt - - - Once butter starts to melt add ginger garlic paste and give it a stir
- Add tomatoes, carrot, beetroot and mix well - - - Add salt and sugar as per taste and mix again
- Now add one glass water and cover the pan with lid and let it cook for 15-20 minutes
- Tomato, carrot and beetroot are cooked, turn off the flame and let it cool - - - Once cooled remove it in a grinding jar

- Strain the puree to remove impurities if any - - - Once done - lets begin to prepare the soup
- Now heat the pan again on medium flame - add 1/2 tbsp butter - - - When butter starts to melt add the puree and mix well with the butter
- Add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper powder, vinegar and mix well till the puree comes to a boil
