- Take 1 handful Cooked Chic peas
- Take 4 Cooked Beetroot chopped
- You need 1 Dried Veg Stock
- You need 1 + 1/2 Pints Water
- Prepare 1/2 medium Onion
- Provide 2 Garlic Cloves
- Provide 1/2 Tsp Red Peppers crushed
