- Get 396 grams washed potato peel
- Take 117 grams washed carrot peel
- Take 109 grams washed parsnip peel
- You need 1 onion, chopped & peeled or 2 pinches asafoetida if allergic to onions
- Use 500 ml Milk I used own homemade Almond milk
- Take 1 vegetable cube
