- Heat oil in a cooker and add bay leaf, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and coriander seeds,turmeric powder, ajwain and black pepper and half of onion chopped and ginger garlic stir well now add onion paste stir Well add mutton and stir well -
- After 5 minutes add 4cup of water salt and take 6 whistle
