- Add the onions, peppers, parsley, spice and salt. Stir continuously to stop from sticking.
- Cook until tender and add the knorr rich beef and tomato soup. Add water and cook a few minutes.Set aside.
- In a small pot melt butter,add flour and stir. Cook until it forms a paste and start adding milk bit by bit vigorously stirring to avoid lumps.
- Stir in the grated cheese and set aside. Add the cooked macaroni and fold into the sauce.
- Preheat oven to 180degrees.Butter casserole dish and start layering starting with the mince next macaroni/mince /macaroni.
- On top layer of macaroni add some grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake for about 20mins or until top is nicely golden Enjoy
