- Wash the tomatoes properly and pressure cook for 2 whistles. Once pressure cooker is cooled, remove cooked tomatoes and blend it with the help of the hand blender, strain with the help of strainer and keep aside tomato juice.
- Heat up the ghee or butter in a pan on low flame. Add finely chopped garlic cloves and saute for a minute.
- Now add the tomato juice and add salt, red chili powder, roasted jeera powder and water and mix everything well. Cook for 7 to 10 mins till it gets thick. Switch off the flame. Add some fresh cream and mix well.
- Garnish with some fresh cream and coriander leaves and serve hot tomato soup.
