- Prepare red curry squash, seeded, peeled and cut into 1" cubes
- Use small red onion, diced
- Prepare garlic, thinly minced
- Use thumb of ginger, grated
- Provide light coconut milk

- Take extra-virgin olive oil
- Take red curry paste
- You need concentrate chicken broth (I've used Bovril brand)
