- In a saucepan heat 2tbsp oil add slice garlic, when garlic become light brown add chop tomatoes fresh (I used home grown it has a lot of flavour and the sourness)around 4/5 medium size
- Add grated onion 1tbsp, 1tsp salt,less than 1/3 tsp haldi powder and 1/3 tsp of coriander powder. Mix and cook everything for 5 min in medium heat
- Add fish with or without bone (i used fish head) cook for another two min in low heat.make sure nothing get stuck in the bottom. Add 1/3 cup of water cook the fish until well done, add few sliced garlic again for extra flavour and one or two slices of green chillies
- Finally add cup of water turn the heat full cook for 5 min, topped with green coriander. (You can strain the soup before serving but we don’t)
