  6. Provide 2 tbsp. Thai green curry paste (store bought)

  8. You need 8-10 kaffir lime leaves
  9. Prepare 1 lemongrass stalk, cut into 3 pieces
  10. You need 1/2 cup thick coconut milk
  11. Take to taste salt

  13. Get as required coriander leaves, lime leaves & fresh chilies to garnish

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the Thai green curry paste on a low flame for a few seconds. Add all the chopped vegetables, lime leaves, lemon grass, galangal, green peas, fresh chilli, stock, salt and pepper powder.
