  5. Prepare 1 tablespoon Potato Starch Flour
  6. Prepare Yuzu Rind, Spring Onion, Mitsuba, etc

  8. Use 4 cup Dashi Stock *OR Water and 2 teaspoons Dashi Powder
  9. Get 1 tablespoon Sake (Rice Wine)
  10. Use 1 teaspoon Salt
  11. Use 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce *alter the amount according to your preference

  1. Cut Fish Fillets into bite-size pieces, place on a plate, lightly season with Salt, sprinkle with Sake (Rice Wine), and set aside for 10 minutes.
