- You need 2 cups Tofu, crumbled
- Take 2 cups Spinach, Finely chopped

- Provide 2 Carrots, peeled

- Pressure cook the vegetables (carrot, tomato, spinach) in sufficient amount of water for 2 whistles. Ensure to add salt to it. The water can be used as vegetable stock.

- Turn off the flame. Transfer the veggie soup to a serving bowl. Sprinkle pepper powder over it.
