Just about every single article you read about bettering your health or losing weight is going to tell you to ignore the drive through and cook all of your meals instead. This is actually very true. Sometimes, though, the last thing you choose is to have to cook a meal from scratch. Once in a while you only want to visit the drive through while you’re on your way home and finish the day. There isn’t any reason that you shouldn’t be permitted to do this and not be suffering from shame about slipping on your diet. You are capable of doing this because many of the popular joints are now marketing “healthy” menu options to keep their businesses up. Here’s how it’s possible to eat healthfully when you are at a fast food place.

Milk, juice and water are the best options for beverages. When you drink a big soft drink you are putting a lot of empty calories to your day. One portion of soda is eight oz.. That portion may contain many spoonfuls of sugar in addition to at least a hundred calories. Most fast food soda sizes begin at twenty ounces. It is most often a minimum of 30 ounces. This means that your drink alone will put a large number of ounces of sugar into your body as well as several thousand empty calories. It is much healthier to decide on milk, juice or regular water.

Standard logic tells us that one certain way to get healthy and lose weight is to by pass the drive through and to remove fast food restaurants from your thoughts. Most of the time this is a good plan but if you make great choices, there is not any reason you can’t visit your drive through from time to time. Every now and then, allowing someone else cook dinner is just the thing you need. There isn’t any reason to feel bad about visiting the drive through when you make healthy and balanced decisions!

We hope you got benefit from reading it, now let’s go back to slow roasted chicken wings recipe. You can have slow roasted chicken wings using 7 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Slow Roasted Chicken Wings:
  1. Get 2 lb chicken wings (drums or flats)
  2. You need EVOO
  3. Provide Paprika
  4. Get Lemon Pepper
  5. Get Onion Powder
  6. Prepare Garlic Powder
  7. You need Cooking spray
Instructions to make Slow Roasted Chicken Wings:
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. For easy clean-up, line a cookie sheet with foil. Use a slotted rack (I use a regular cooling rack) and cover with foil. Punch a few holes in it to allow grease to drip onto the sheet pan. Spray with cooking spray.
  2. If wings are thawed, rinse and pat dry. I usually put them in a zip lock bag - less dishes and clean up. Pour some EVOO in the bag and add the wings. Season to taste. I use the above ingredients. Use whatever suits you.
  3. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Turn and bake another hour or until a meat thermometer reads 180. If you like them a little more crispy, put them under the broiler for a few mins. - not long as they will dry out.
  4. TIPS: If you are in a hurry, turn the heat up and cook them for less time. I was never a wings eater, until a friend told me about these. They are moist and fall off the bone. I like mine dry and dip in sauce when done. You can roast these, toss in your choice of sauce and stick back in the oven to heat. May take 2 hours, but well worth it.
