  2. Take 250 g All purpose flour
  3. Use 1 tsp Instant yeast
  4. Provide 1 Warm cup water
  5. Take 1 tsp sugar

  7. Use 1 tbsp cooking oil
  8. Take For the Topping /pizza sauce
  9. Get 250 g mozzarella cheese
  10. Take 1 kg minced beef
  11. You need Tomato sauce (note not paste)
  12. You need 4 large tomatoes blended
  13. Take 5 large onions sliced
  14. You need (use 2 onions to fry minced meat & the rest blend with tomatoes)
  15. Get 1 tbsp Honey/brown sugar(optional if you don't want sweet taste)
  16. Get 1 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
  17. Use 1 cube Royco beef cube
  18. Take 1 tsp Paprika (optional)
  19. You need 1 tsp curry powder
  20. You need 1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)
  21. Prepare (Note: I added the spices to make the sauce rich in taste)
Steps to make Homemade pizza:
  1. Sieve the flour and add the salt, sugar, yeast & oil. Knead to make a dough similar to chapati. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth for 20min
  2. Fry the minced meat with onion until cooked.
  3. Add in the spices and let it fry. Add the blended tomatoes & onion mixture. Add a cup of water, tomato sauce & honey. Let it simmer in low medium heat for 10min. Throw in a small slice or two of the cheese.
  4. Grate the cheese (helps in creating a uniform topping)
  5. Check on the Dough & you'll notice it (almost) doubled in size because of the yeast. I divided mine into 3 potions to make a medium sized pizza.
  6. Make a round shape with the dough enough to fit in the baking tray or use a medium-sized sufuria lid (like I did; use it too to make the round (pizza) crust) by placing it on top.
  7. Preheat your oven to the highest temperature (mine goes to around 250 degrees celcius) for around 5min
  8. Once you dough is stable add in the toppings, start with the sauce (minced beef sauce) & then cheese.
  9. Cook it in the oven for 15min.
  10. Viva! Your pizza is ready. Slice it up or eat it whole lol & Enjoy!
