- For dhokli mix all the "Dhokli" ingredients and knead the dough. Neither tight nor too soft.
- Make small flat balls or roll the dough and cut into diamond or any shape you want.
- Make sure dhokli must not be too thick. Let them boil until they cook properly. I boil them seperately and then use same water at the time of booking daal. That makes daal more delicious.
- Once dhokli done,keep aside after draining water.
