- For stuffed onion ring: - Stuffing : take a boil potato π₯ big, add 1/2tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp chat Masala, salt, coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp pepper powder. Mix them well.
- Then cut ring of onion and peel middle ring of onion so that you can feel the space between 2 rings of onion with tangy potato mixture, make them and keep in refrigerator for atleast 15 min to set.
- Then take a bowl, add 2tsp corn flour, 4 tsp besan, salt, red chilli powder and whisk them well. Now take the onion ring gently pour it into cornflour mixture and deep fry it.
