  2. Get 3 small onions
  3. You need 4 garlic cloves
  4. You need 3 medium carrots

  7. Use 500 ml chicken stock or vegetable stock for the veggie version
  8. Provide 1 TBSP honey
  9. Take 2 TBSP soy sauce
  10. Use 1 bay leaf
