- First we take grated paneer, boiled grated potatoes and grated onions.
- We take grated tomato, green peas and all-purpose flour.
- We take ginger garlic paste, all spices. First we make Egg yolks for that we separate 1/4 part of grated Paneer.
- Now we mix t pinch of turmeric powder, salt 1/4 tsp, corn flour 1/2 tsp and mix well.

- Now we make Egg white for that we take Grated Paneer, add grated potatoes, corn flour 2 tsp, all-purpose flour 2 tbsp, salt 1/2 tsp. Mix well and make a dough. Now dough for egg whites is Ready. Now take large portion from the dough.
- Make a whole in egg white fill Egg yolk boll and cover well. Now vegetarian Egg is Ready. Fry in oil.
- Now Fry all Eggs in oil on medium heat. Now make Gravy for Eggs for that take a pan add desi ghee.
- Now add cumin seeds,Grated onions and roast well. Now add ginger garlic Paste and rosdt well.add kasoori methi and roast. Now add all Spices like Garam Masala 1/2 tsp, coriander powder 1/2 tsp, roasted Cumin powder-1/2 tsp, kashmiri Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp,Salt 1 tsp.mix well.
- Now add grated tomato mix Well and roast. Add green peas, add water 1/2 glass and Cook for 5 min till peas cook cover with the lid.
- When peas cook add water 1/2 glass and let the Gravy boil completely at last we will add fried eggs. Cook till another boil comes.
