There is simply no reason that you shouldn’t be able to do that once in a while and be free of the guilt usually associated with “diet slips”. You are able to do this because lots of the popular joints are now promoting “healthy” menu alternatives to keep their businesses up. Go for the side dishes. Not too long ago, the only side dish item offered by a fast food restaurant was French fries. Now most of the fast food choices have been widened considerably. Now lots of them provide salads. Chili is definitely another option. Baked potatoes can even be purchased. Fruit is normally offered. This helps you keep your calorie count low and lessen your fat intake.
Simple logic states that the best way to lose pounds and get healthy is to ban fast food from your diet entirely. Most of the time this is a good concept but if you make good choices, there is no reason you can’t visit your drive through once in a while.
