Why shouldn’t you be able to do this from time to time and not have a bunch of guilt about slipping up on your diet regime? You are capable of doing this because lots of the popular joints are now advertising “healthy” menu alternatives to keep their businesses up. Aim at the side dishes. It has not been that long ago that all you could get at a fast food cafe was French Fries. Now most of the fast food choices have been widened a great deal. There are lots of salads out there these days. Chili is definitely a different selection. You might get baked potatoes. You can choose fruit. There are a lot of alternatives that don’t include eating one thing deep fried. When you get your supper through a drive through window, select side dishes instead of just grabbing something premade. This helps you keep the calorie count low and reduce your fat intake.

Logic says that one of the best ways to stay healthy and balanced is to bypass the drive through and never eat fast food. While, usually, this is a good strategy, if you make intelligent choices, there is no reason to feel guilty for visiting a drive through one or two times a month.
