  15. Provide 1 big pinch of asafoetida
  16. Provide 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  17. You need 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  18. Take 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  19. Get 1 teaspoon spicy red chilli powder
  20. Use 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  21. You need 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  22. You need 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  23. Prepare 2 tablespoons fresh chopped coriander leaves
  24. You need 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  25. Provide tawa bhindi fry:-
  26. Take 250 gm ladyfinger (Cut into long)
  27. Use Salt as per taste
  28. Take 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  29. Use 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  30. Use 1 teaspoon mango powder
  31. Take 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  32. Prepare GALKA:- 1kg galka peeled and sliced
  33. Provide 1 medium size sliced onion (optional)
  34. Get Salt as per taste
  35. You need 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  36. Prepare 5 nos green chillies chopped
  37. Get 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  38. Prepare 1/4 cup cooking oil
  39. Use Fruit Custard:- 1/2litre milk
  40. You need 1 &1/2 tablespoon vanilla flavour custard powder
  41. Prepare 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  42. Provide 4 bananas sliced
  43. Provide 1 rougly chopped apple
  44. Use 1/2 cup pomegranate
  45. Take Peru Kachalu:- 4 sliced guava (peru)
  46. Take 1/3 cup sugar
  47. You need 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  48. You need 1 big pinch black salt
  49. Get Zeera Rice:- 500gm basmati rice
  50. Prepare Salt as per taste
  51. Use 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  52. Provide 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  53. Prepare Water required
  54. You need Buttermilk:- 2&1/2cups curd
  55. Provide 2 cups water
  56. You need 1/3 teaspoon salt
  57. You need 1 pinch roasted cumin powder (optional)
Instructions to make Veg Thali:
  1. Method for Dal Fry:- Add masoor dal, salt, tomato, turmeric powder and required water in pressure cooker. Pressure cook it on 3 whistles. Switch off flame and wait till air release and tempered it
  2. Method For Gobhi Aloo Sabzi:- Heat oil in deep wok, splutter cumin seeds and asafoetida. - Add onion and let them cook till it turn into pink. Make fine paste of ginger, garlic, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder by adding little water.
  3. Add tomato in wok and cook it on  high flame till tomatoes become dry. Add paste and cook till oil starts floating on all over masala(bhuno). - Add potatoes in it, cover the lid and cooked for 5minutes on low flame. - Add cauliflower and cook till it done. - Garnish with coriander leaves.
  4. Method For Tawa Bhindi Fry:- Heat oil on tawa, add ladyfingers and cook till it become soft. - Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and aamchur powder mix it gently. - Cook till it become crisp.
  5. Method For Galka:- Heat oil in deep wok, splutter cumin seeds and green chilies. Add onion and cooked till the little colour change. Add Galka and mix it well. Cook till it get soft. Add salt and turmeric powder in it and mix well, cook it on high flame till the  Galka dry/done. In between keep sauteing.
  6. Method For Fruit Custard:- Take 1/2 cup of milk and add custard powder in it and mix till it dissolve. - Boil milk with sugar in saucepan and stir, Add custard paste in boiling milk, keep stirring. switch off the flame and let them cool down on room temperature. - when it cool down add fruits in it.
  7. Method For Peru Kachalu:- Add sugar, black pepper powder and black salt  in sliced guava, mix and mash mash and mix, refrigerate for an hour before serving.
  8. Method For Zeera Rice:- Wash basmati rice. - Heat oil and splutter cumin seeds, add water and salt mix it. Add basmati rice and cook till done.
  9. Method for Green SaladTake fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and sliced it.
  10. Method for Buttermilk:-Make smooth buttermilk by adding salt and roasted cumin seeds.
  11. Make wheat flour chapati and fry papad in heated oil.
  12. Delicious veg thali is ready to eat.
