- Green Peas Chutney: In a frying pan - put some oil on the medium heat, add in the green peas, garlic pods & chillies & salt & sauté until the raw smell is gone & then put off the flame & allow it to cool down
- After cooling blend it to a coarse/smooth paste- of your choice, (no need to add in any additional water but if at all required- just about a tbsp or so.) Green Peas Chutney is ready to be served on the platter
- Peanuts Chutney: In a frying pan - put some oil on the medium heat, add in the raw peanuts, garlic pods, green chillies & the chopped coriander leaves & salt & sauté until the raw smell is gone & then put off the flame & allow it to cool down
