  2. Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, asafoetida, slited green chilli, add chopped spring onion saute with tomato puree. Now add salt, red chillie powder, cumin coriander powder mix well. Add mashed brinjal n 1/4cup, water mix well, add chopped coriander. Mix well bhartha is ready ready.
  3. For bajra roti:-Mix all ing. in bajri n wheat flour. Add water n knead a dough make ball dust wheat flour n roll. Heat tawa drizzle 1-2drop oil n wipe. N roast on tawa both side.spread ghee. Bajra Roti is ready.
  4. For potato chips :-Wash peel n make slices. Heat oil splutter mustard seeds, asafoetida n add potato slices. Saute, add salt, curry leaves saute cover for 2-3 mins..Now add all masala, lastly add sugar n chopped coriander mix well. Potato chips is ready.
  5. Now cut all salad veges.strips n Just sprinkle pepper powder salt n lemon juice.
  6. Preheat sizzling tray arrange chilled cabbage leaves arrange one side bhartha sprinkle green garlic corriander with potato chips bajri roti with ghee on another sides salad veges.n green chilli.
