  3. Next add grated carrots, shredded cabbage, finely chopped capsicum, celery.
  4. Stir fry on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Add, sauces, cornstarch and water and mix well to avoid lumps.
  5. Add vinegar, salt and spices and let it simmer for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
  6. On the other side fry the cooked noodles, till they are crisp
  7. Add noodles and coriander leaves, just before serving.
