- Heat a wok add garlic, ginger, and green chillies. Saute them for a minute. Add onions. Coriander stems. Cook for another minute.
- Add veg stock or hot water. (I used hot water). Now add the veggies one by one. Add the coriander leaves. Cook for sometime. Add soya sauce. Let it boil. Add salt.
- In a small vessel make a mixture of cornflour and water. Pour the mixture into the wok. Allow it to boil for some more time.
- Lastly add the lime juice, switch off the gas. Remove the soup in a bowl and add white pepper powder. Mix and serve hot hot soup.
