- Prepare 1 bunch uziza leaf sliced
- Get 4 tbsp achi
- You need 5 fresh yellow pepper blended
- Prepare to taste salt
- You need 1 big fresh titus fish
- Take 1 cksp palmoil
- Get 1 cksp crayfish
- Take 2 knorr cube
- You need 1 head stock fish
- Provide 1 dry cat fish
Steps to make Achi Soup:
- Wash fresh fish and set aside, wash head of stock fish and place inside a pot and spice with salt, 1 knorr cube and pepper then parboil
- Wash uziza leaf and set aside; after 20mins, add dry cat fish after washing it into the pot and then add the fresh fish make sure it doesn't shred.
- After 5mins add palm oil, achi to thicken the soup, crayfish, pepper, salt and the remaining knorr cube then stir and cover the pot and allow to boil
- After 10mins, add uziza leaf stir and bring down immediately.
