- In a small pot melt butter,add flour and stir. Cook until it forms a paste and start adding milk bit by bit vigorously stirring to avoid lumps.
- Stir in the grated cheese and set aside. Add the cooked macaroni and fold into the sauce.
- Preheat oven to 180degrees.Butter casserole dish and start layering starting with the mince next macaroni/mince /macaroni.
