  1. Prepare 500 g Goat meat
  2. Use 1/2 Aidan fruit
  3. Provide 3 Uda pod
  4. Get Small pieces of other meat
  5. Get 1 Seasoning cube

  7. Get 1 tbsp blended crayfish
  8. Take 2 tsp Cameroun pepper

  3. While the meat cooks cut 200g or 2 thin slices of yam, boil until  it's well cooked and blend or if you want to or use yam powder as thickener(add a little water and mix)
  4. Add in the pepper, crayfish, and blended Aidan fruits and Uda then simmer for 5mins. Taste for salt then add salt(if you wish)
  5. When you are done with the yam paste, pour it into the meat stock as thickener and simmer the whole mixture For another 5 minutes, then add in the cut uziza leaves (I love the aroma it gives the soup👌)
