The ingredients needed to prepare Kabocha Potage:
- Use 1/4 Kabocha squash
- Provide 1/2 Onion
- Use 1 tsp Soup stock cube
- Get 200 ml Milk
- Take 300 ml Water
Steps to make Kabocha Potage:
- Thinly slice the onion. Remove the seeds and pith from the kabocha and peel. Cut it into pieces.
