- Roughly chopped tomato, carrot & onion. Now take a Kadhai, drizzle some oil. Add bay leaf, cumin seeds, all the chopped vegetables. Add one cup water, Keep the lid & steam all the ingredients for about 10 min. Now switch off flame & wait until cools down
- After cooling add everything to blender jar. Blend smooth paste.
- Now strain the paste in to kadhai. Add some water & cornflour paste. Now add salt as per taste. Stir in between. Finally add crushed kasuri methi & some cream for garnishing. Serve Hot.
