  2. You need 200 grams Ground meat (beef, pork or a mix)
  3. Use 1 tbsp plus Doubanjiang
  4. Get 2 clove Garlic

  6. Use 2 stalks Japanese leeks
  7. Provide 1 Vegetable oil
  8. Prepare 1 Sesame oil
  9. Use 2 tbsp Katakuriko

  9. Turn off the heat, and thicken the sauce with katakuriko dissolved in water.
  10. Serve onto a plate and it's done! Sprinkle sansho pepper or sichuan pepper to your liking.
