- Use 250 gms button mushrooms cut into quarters
- Provide 2 Tbsp soya sauce
- Get 1 Tbsp Dark Soya sauce
- Provide 2 cups vegetable stock
- Prepare 1 Tbsp corn flour mixed in water
- Take 3 Tbsp vinegar
- Take 2 Tbsp white pepper powder
