- Use 300 Grams Fresh Peas
- Get 300 Grams Fresh Runner Beans
- You need 1 Large Onion
- Prepare 150 Grams Baby Carrots
- Provide 3 Medium Potatoes

- Provide 1 Whole bulb Garlic
- Take 100 Grams Fresh Coriander
- Use 2-3 Vegetable Stock Cubes
- Prepare 600 Mls Boiling Water (approx)

- Chop Onions, Beans, Potatoes, Carrots and Mushrooms into small pieces and add to a large saucepan. Add stock cubes, hot water and Peas. Bring to a simmer.
