- Take 1 cup pasta boiled
- Use 4 cups chicken / vegetable stock
- You need 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Provide 2-3 garlic cloves chopped
- Prepare 1 cup sweet potato chopped
- Prepare 1 cup green papaya chopped
- Get 1 cup red cabbage chopped
- Take 1 cup green capsicum chopped
- You need 1 bunch bok choy roughly chopped
- Take 1 bunch spring onion roughly chopped

- Now add the boiled pasta, capsicum, bok choy, spring onion, salt and pepper powder. Simmer for a minute before adding the lemon juice. Serve, garnished with coriander leaves and a sprinkle of red chilli flakes.
