  1. First knead a soft dough of all purpose flour by adding oil and water and keep aside.Next heat a pan for making fillings of momos add oil and add chopped ginger and garlic and saute for a minute.

Next add chopped onions and green chilli saute till onion becomes soft dont make brown next add all chopped veggies and saute on high flame to get veggies soft and tender and then add all the spices.Cook veggies with the spices by adding 2 tbsp of water so that all spices gets mixed well with the veggies.
